Because it looks like a shack.!
I have nothing against shacks, but you do not want to return to this place once you go in there once.
The fruit looks old, and the entire place has an unkempt feel. It should not be nasty looking to be organic. Who's going to buy that?
This place is, however, a health food store, and carries herbs that you would haveto go downtown to get. So for that they get 2 stars.
